A venture studio for founders who want to last.
Boring Acquisitions was founded in 2022 to do the work that most of web3 skips. We incubate companies, build them with their founders and keep operating them once they're live.
Started in 2022. Still building.
We started Boring Acquisitions in 2022, when most of the industry was chasing launches. We were more interested in what happens after: the payments that have to clear, the keys that have to stay safe, the customers who have to come back next week.
Since then we have worked alongside web3 founders on product, infrastructure and operations. Today that experience is concentrated in our own flagship, Grail Break, which we incubated, built and run ourselves.

Principles we hold every project to
The name is deliberate. The best infrastructure is the kind nobody has to think about.
Operators, not spectators
We build and run what we back. Every decision is made by people who will be on call when it breaks.
Security by default
Separated treasuries, server-side key custody, live wallet monitoring and alerting are the starting point, not a later upgrade.
Verifiable, not promised
Where trust matters we make it checkable: published odds, on-chain randomness and public settlement anyone can audit.
Mainstream UX
Email sign-in, card payments and embedded wallets. Customers shouldn't need to know they're using a blockchain.
Revenue from day one
Products with a clear business model that earn from real usage, not from speculation.
Ship, measure, refine
Small senior teams, fast release cycles and decisions made on live numbers from real users.
